ARNO USA brings innovative turning, grooving, parting, and hole making solutions to the high production, bar-fed turned components market as well as those who are running traditional turning centers.

Globally Present, Locally Supported.

ARNO USA is located in Harvard, IL and is the sole American subsidiary of the globally present ARNO Werkzeuge. The Harvard headquarters is the nerve center for all functions supporting our end users in the US Market. We receive three product shipments a week from ARNO Werkzeuge and we provide plenty of domestic stock in the Harvard warehouse.

ARNO Werkezeuge is a family-owned company and has been manufacturing the highest quality cutting tools since 1962. Since that time, we have engineered and manufactured some of the most innovative turning, grooving, hole making, and Swiss machining solutions available in the industry.

We grind 2.5 million inserts a year!

We leave nothing to chance when it comes to the quality of our High-Positive indexable inserts. They are developed, polished, and ground in-house – something which has not changed in the past 30 years. Since the 1990s, we have continuously increased our grinding expertise and the volume of ground products. In the meantime, we grind 2.5 million inserts a year!

-ARNO FAST CHANGE is the innovative through coolant Swiss gang plate / split shank tooling system. We guarantee that your spindle up-time will increase dramatically so you can make more parts per shift.
-ARNO’s ACS2 coolant delivery system puts coolant right to the cut zone in your grooving and parting applications. Improving tool life and reducing tool failure, even in the most challenging applications… we call that “real process stability”.
-We have the first mass produced tool holders using additive manufacturing technologies. Our newest MSA parting and grooving modules are 3D printed to optimize the through coolant channels for the absolute best coolant delivery available.
