About Ingersoll Machine Tools, Inc.

Ingersoll Machine Tools Inc. is a leader in advanced manufacturing processes and a global supplier of additive and subtractive machine tools for the aerospace, defense, energy, and all heavy industrial sectors. The Ingersoll product lineup includes: MasterMill™, MasterSpeed™ and PowerMax® for the accurate, reliable, high-speed milling and trimming of large, complex-geometry parts made of aluminum, titanium, and hard metals; Mongoose™, Mongoose Hybrid™ and Hawk™ for the composite manufacturing of aircrafts’, rockets’, and vessels’ structures; MasterPrint®, the largest existing thermoplastic 3D printer, capable to produce extra-large, hollow-parts in a single piece for the aerospace and the marine sectors. Ingersoll operates these very same machines at its development centers in Rockford (U.S.A.) and Milan (Italy) to manufacture key-components for many aerospace and defense programs. Together with Innse-Berardi (Lombardy, Italy), Ingersoll constitutes the Camozzi Machine Tools division of the Camozzi Group. The range of Innse-Berardi solutions includes large vertical and horizontal milling and boring machines, multitasking work centres (in either hydrostatic or mechanical configurations) and the production of large machines dedicated to specific applications. This places the company as an ideal strategic and technological partner, capable of providing customers with a complete turnkey service. Created for Industry 4.0, Innse-Berardi machine tools enable the integration of production supply chains in a fully connected end-to-end management system across the whole plant. Systems such as IBNET and IBRM automate the collection of production data, monitor operating conditions and technological parameters as well as drive predictive maintenance. Established in 1964, the Camozzi Group is a multinational Italian company and market leader in the production of components and innovative systems for industrial automation. A key driver for the Group is a commitment to complete sustainability. The Group has expanded its activities into various other sectors: from specialised large machine tools to advanced engineering for textile machines and raw materials processing. It has a particular focus on innovative materials involved in additive manufacturing (including composites, titanium, and aluminium). The Group has 39 subsidiaries in 78 countries, 2,956 employees, five operating divisions and 25 production sites.
