Event Information

Description:

This presentation discusses the mindset and strategies organizations need for adopting additive manufacturing. Implementation of a new manufacturing technology with new business considerations and new product designs is a complex path to navigate. From the executive suite to the floor technicians, most departments will require a recalibration of how they think about their role and the end product. One of the key enablers for effective culture change is having a small, focused AM team that can operate across all divisions. Their primary responsibility is to identify the critical capabilities that additive technologies can bring to the company and effectively communicate those benefits to internal and external parties.

Join us to learn about the culture shock that's needed to be successful with additive manufacturing.
