Eichele Shae

Shae Eichele works for The HEH Group, a family-owned group of four companies that provide manufacturing solutions to the industry. The group comprises Crotts & Saunders, Motch & Eichele, Ultra Tech, and Advanced Spindle Technology.

Shae has been with The HEH Group's marketing department for four years. Her role includes social media management, video content creation, on-camera personnel, graphic design, inside sales, event planning assistance, and other marketing and sales-related tasks. Shae is also the host of The Manufacturing Muscle Podcast on YouTube, where she talks with individuals in the manufacturing industry about their career paths, educates others about manufacturing, and discusses the pros and cons of the field, the cost of education, and more—all to expose listeners to the opportunities in manufacturing.
