Josh Leath graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics. After spending over a decade as a Senior Product and Brand Manager for tool and test equipment lines in the electronics and composites industries, Josh joined Yaskawa as Product Manager for Thermal Robotics at Yaskawa Motoman in 2017. His development approach targets input from end users to create a better solution. Josh’s Voice of Customer efforts has transformed how the organization captures and utilizes customer feedback to breed solutions that ensure customers are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful. His experience with a variety of different customers and projects help distill common challenges that can be forged into new products and share that wisdom with other automation customers and partners to drive the most value out of their solutions.
