Han, Sunny

Sunny Han is the Founder and CEO of Fulcrum, manufacturing software built for job shops and fabricators. More than 600 shops use Fulcrum to capture operational data, track jobs in real time, and make decisions based on what's actually happening on the floor. 

Sunny has spent his career arguing that manufacturing software stalled out years ago, locked behind expensive consultants and systems only a specialist could touch. His fix: a product good enough that shops don't need a middleman. 

Fulcrum is built AI native, and Archie, Fulcrum's AI platform, extends that same belief: shops shouldn't need a specialist to act on their own data. Sunny's focus is making sure every shop on Fulcrum can build on it, not just use it. 

His core conviction is that trust in AI comes from structured data, deterministic guardrails, and keeping humans in the loop. Sunny wants manufacturers to run the way modern precision demands, and never get locked into decisions, tools, or vendors they can't outgrow.
