Cisewski Brad

Brad Cisewski is the Manufacturing Applications Coordinator at Pointe Precision in Plover WI.  His interest in manufacturing started in high school where he enjoyed a specific machining class.  With encouragement from his high school instructor, he enrolled in the Mid-State Machine Tool Program where he graduated 2 years later.  His passion for manufacturing grew from there and he has not looked back. During his 26+ years at Pointe Precision he has held various roles and learned countless processes.  Brad’s many roles and networks have only supported his outlook on how manufacturing continues to change, and he enjoys sharing the innovations that are made daily.

Brad continues to assist Pointe Precision to be on the cutting edge of machining and manufacturing. He is currently working with our local schools, bringing students in to show them everything manufacturing can offer.  He is also building Pointe Precision's Continuous Improvement Department with advanced processes and automation initiatives. Brad is excited about the future of manufacturing, along with the challenges and successes it brings!
