Palacios, Virginia

As Chief Strategy Officer of EOS GmbH, Virginia Palacios leads the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic direction. Working closely with the Corporate Leadership Team, she helps shape EOS' business strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and strengthen the company's position as a global leader in industrial additive manufacturing. With extensive executive experience across multiple business functions, geographies, and customer segments, Virginia brings a customer-centric perspective to innovation and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining EOS, Virginia spent more than 20 years with HP, where she held a variety of leadership roles across the organization. As a 3D New Business Incubation Director, she led startup scouting initiatives and developed high-value business opportunities across the U.S. and Barcelona. Virginia holds a master’s degree in electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull and completed the Building Innovation Leaders graduate program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
