Rajesh Singh is Director of Amazon Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations, where he leads the organization responsible for producing the largest fleet of industrial robots in the world. Amazon operates a fleet of 1.2 million robots, all manufactured domestically in Massachusetts. His operation spans two manufacturing facilities with a team of over 500 engineers and technicians who design, build, and test robots and automation solutions supporting Amazon Fulfillment Operations globally.

Rajesh brings a breadth of Amazon leadership experience spanning robotics, artificial intelligence, and sustainable operations including
Amazon's Global Operations Artificial Intelligence organization and  Amazon's Automation and Packaging Technology Development organization, where he drove breakthrough innovations in packaging materials and processes that impacted over 14 billion shipments annually.   His team pioneered and delivered plastics reduction, developed curbside recyclable materials, and engineered smarter packaging solutions that eliminated unnecessary waste across Amazon's global fulfillment network spanning India, North America, and Europe.

A registered Professional Engineer in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Rajesh brings nearly 30 years of experience across American manufacturing, including leadership roles at Procter and Gamble and Duracell Berkshire-Hathaway. He holds multiple patents and excels at connecting technology, people, and strategy to drive sustainable, profitable impact at scale.
