Eric Brand, a second-generation owner, brings nearly three decades of metal manufacturing experience to his family’s business Co-Line Manufacturing, nestled in the corn fields of rural Iowa. From his early years of pushing a broom to his current role as Chief Executive Officer, Brand has contributed and grown the family business in many different roles. After determining college wasn’t his forte, he was instrumental in establishing a quality management system that earned the company nearly a decade of automotive stamping experience.  Once the quality system was launched, Brand moved into a sales and estimating role where he helped expand the metal fabrication services from the founding welding services to advanced laser cutting services and state-of-the art finishing systems.

A highlight of Brand’s career includes partnering with a customer to supply the U.S. military with ammunition magazines assuring our country’s freedom as the greatest nation on earth. Today, Brand keeps his hand on the pulse of the company and oversees the technology and equipment purchases along with business growth opportunities. He is focused on building a culture of continuous improvement, developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders, and positioning the business for success for the third generation and beyond.

Co-Line is a one-stop metal processing facility offering welding, robotic welding, laser cutting, tool and die, stamping, CNC machining, bending, cutting, assembly, and finishing services.  Supported by a dedicated team of skilled professionals and celebrating nearly 50 years in business, Co-Line continues to shape the metal that moves the world providing exceptional quality, service and value to their customer across the globe.

In his free time, Brand enjoys drag racing with his family, dirt excavation projects, and building collector cars. He also enjoys traveling the world for business and pleasure.
