Daniels, Ryan

Ryan Daniels is responsible for establishing public-private partnerships and developing /executing the acquisition strategy for the Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) Program Office within the Direct Reporting Portfolio Manager Submarines. Prior to this role, Ryan was responsible for leading a team of contracting professionals in the NAVSEA Contracts Division, overseeing contracting for nuclear-powered ships and components, which included the Columbia Class and Virginia Class submarine construction, Ford Class aircraft carrier construction, Nimitz Class refueling complex overhaul and inactivation, and Naval Reactors lab and component requirements.
