Moller, Captain Kevin

Captain Kevin O. Moller is the Program Manager for the Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) Program Office. He oversees the program's efforts to strengthen submarine shipbuilding and sustainment through advanced manufacturing, workforce development and supply chain initiatives. Moller graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and was commissioned through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Master of Science in national resource strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Captain Moller's decorations include the Legion of Merit (two awards), Defense Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (five awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (three awards), and several other unit and service awards.
