Denil Nicole
Nicole has been VP, Global Market Access since October 2023. In this role, Nicole is responsible for deepening the current partner relationships, building new partnerships, and creating a sustainable growth strategy to provide even more value for our customers in the future. Nicole returns to Rockwell from prior 10-year stretch from 1993 to 2003.
Most recently, Nicole was vice president, Alliances at Johnson Controls, and prior she spent spent 18 years with Microsoft where she most recently led the global IoT team, and previously had launched the first Azure sales and partner teams. With a combined 30 years of experience at Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, JCI, and cloud startups, she has key leadership roles across sales, partner development, marketing, and product management. She led global teams as well as teams in Asia and Latin America, Nicole has been recognized as a thought leader on cloud computing and IoT. Nicole has built high performing teams while ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion as a fundamental element to doing business.
Education: Nicole has an executive MBA from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in international business from St. Norbert College.
