Hoffman, Dan

Dan Hofmann serves as Vice President of Finance and IT at IMEC, where he works at the intersection of data analytics, finance, and operational compliance. He leads programs and initiatives that support IMEC's mission to ignite Illinois manufacturing excellence and strengthen global competitiveness.

Over the course of more than a decade, Dan has worked across multiple industries and alongside diverse leadership teams to transform how organizations leverage data and technology for financial modeling, contract execution and monitoring, and analytics reporting. His work has helped organizations achieve measurable efficiencies, improve business intelligence capabilities, and implement stronger process controls.

Prior to his professional career, Dan grew up in his family's manufacturing business in central Illinois. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges manufacturers face, the pride that comes from creating products that meet customer needs, and the importance of building strong relationships to achieve lasting results.
