With over 30 years of experience, Paul is dedicated to educating and inspiring the next generation of manufacturing leaders while celebrating the essential role of machining in our economy through his advocacy and the 3 podcasts he hosts, Making Chips, Machine Shop Mastery and Manufacturing Transformed.

After co-founding a successful precision aerospace manufacturing company in 1997, Paul helped grow it into a 5x INC5000 recipient with 75 employees and $11M in annual revenue. Building on that success, he co-founded ProShop ERP, creating a revolutionary web-based ERP/MES/QMS platform that helps manufacturers embrace technology, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth.
